Unique to this project was ICON’s versatile application across multiple architectural elements, used extensively for vertical siding, porch ceilings, beam wrapping, soffits, and even carried into the interior counter areas. ICON® Radiata pine, was chosen for finishing interior counters, establishing a design that connects the inside and outside of the store.
To preserve ICON’s rich, natural finish and maintain its original luster over time, CUTEK 100% penetrating oil was applied, reinforcing the premium appearance the project demanded.
